Troubleshoot

Please follow the instructions to overcome the login issues:

  1. Use Google Chrome on Desktop/Laptop to access the NCD Portal.
  2. If the NCD Portal is blocked due to more than 3 incorrect login attempts, kindly wait for 30 minutes and try again.
  3. Press Ctrl+R or Ctrl+F5 on the keyboard to reload the website.
  4. Put the password manually only and do not prefill the saved password.
