Click on the NCD GOI logo on the tablet screen. For first-login: Internet is required. The first login requires state, username, password etc. The username here will be the ANM ID. The password for the first time login is the registered mobile number as per RCH ID. Enter these details. After this enter the numbers in the text box which are present next to the number and press login. You are expected to change your password after the first-login. Enter the 6-digit OTP sent for verification. After this, reset your password and press login. After clicking login, you will need to enter a 4-digit authentication pin. For second time logins, the state field and ANM ID will be auto-populated.

Every individual using this application in the tablet is a user and it is unique to every user. It is mostly identified by your name and the place you work. The user name is also known as ANM ID.

Every tab is matched with a single user. This situation happens when the user has logged in previously in some other tablet or the particular tablet has been previously used by some other user. In such a scenario the tab ID needs to be updated from the Admin portal. The tab ID is a unique alphanumeric ID which can be viewed by pressing the blue dot icon on the right bottom of the login page.

ANM cannot make changes to the villages. She must firstly inform her district team which will update the villages in the admin portal. If issue still persists, register complaint to the Technical team via Redmine ticket.

In the login page above the user name app version can be viewed. There will be a button next to the existing version to upgrade Version. ANM must click on it and upgrade it to new version. ANM must ensure that internet connectivity is available at the time of version upgradation.

Sync fails due to poor internet connectivity, ANM not switching on the internet data in her tablet or the server fails. ANM must sync again after addressing these concerns.
